StreetSync Mobile is powered by bTrans, the mobile solutions are developed for Android devices. Therefore, most any modern Android-based device (tablet or phone, for instance) is operable within StreetSync Mobile's integration. If you have a non-Android device, likely we can't assist to equip that device.
Most any Android device is a candidate, if you have company phones you can even potentially 'lock down' the phone to only perform the specific work functions/apps that you prefer.
Yes, of course. You'll need the bTrans device license in addition to any existing/new data plan.
Always a bummer, but we have you covered. The Android app will cache their route to allow drivers to continue working through their queue even when offline. All accrued offline activity is then broadcast back once a data connection is reinstated.
Nope. You just need a supported device with an active data plan already for starters. Then simply add the bTrans licensing as needed to cover each device and you'll be all set.
Not to worry, bTrans makes it shockingly easy to manage devices and right-size your plan at all times.
At the hip. The StreetSync route planning systems have direct integration to allow you to start taking route plans and driving them with bTrans almost immediately. We've mutually assisted many clients for many years, this is not our first rodeo. You can use the planning and mobile modules independent of one another, but they are most robust in tandem.
Ongoing, you'd just pay a nominal monthly fee per device to use the system. If you have your own devices and data plans in place then you can start almost immediately with next to zero risk due to our lack of a requirement of a long-term contract.
